We love a Wedding! From reception drinks to a full bar service we have it covered. We will work with you before the event to ensure your special day runs smoothly and professionally.

Lucky Bar Box can also run as a stand alone or additional Bar in your chosen location. Hire us for a unique, themed bar for your evening guests; guaranteed to impress!

PRIVATE PARTIES/ MUSIC FESTIVALS

We also love to Party! Lucky Bar Box will bring fun to any party, with a Full Bar and custom made Cocktails you will not go thirsty!

All of our produce is locally sourced and our Cocktail Mixers are homemade and infused with fresh fruit and herbs, all of which are beautifully presented in glass decanters.

CORPORATE EVENTS

Hire our stylish trailer to promote your Brand. We can licence your event and serve your drinks in a professional manor, leaving you to liaise with your clients.

Drinks Menu

We will work with you before your event to discuss your exact drink requirements. We offer a wide range of drinks from custom Cocktails, craft Beers and Ales, Spirits, fine Wines, Champagne & Prosecco and bottled soft drinks.

We like to try local suppliers so our drinks menu is constantly changing to keep things fresh!

​

Seasonal drinks can be discussed and agreed to add to your drinks menu.

​

Let us make a custom Cocktail unique to your event! Your guests will enjoy your special touch.

We can operate either on a pay as you buy basis, or we can offer a pre paid bar according to your budget and secured by you before the event.

*please note that we will still require a minimum spend whether you opt for pay as you buy or pre paid bar.

PRICING TARIFF FOR WEDDINGS, PRIVATE/CORPORATEPARTIES & FESTIVALS

We operate on a clear pricing tariff.

​

BOOKING FEE:  £50 (non refundable and payable one month before the event).

​

MINIMUM SPEND: £1000 (If minimum spend is not met on the event night the client will be billed a set up fee for £300 which covers transportation, set up of bar structure and for two members of staff for the event).

GLASSWARE HIRE: As a Eco friendly company we supply biodegradble cups with every event, if glass wear is required for those special occasions we can provide you the necessory glassware for a additional fee agreed with the host.

We are a West Sussex based Business and will travel up to a 35 miles for an event, for events further afield we will charge a travel fee which will be agreed with you in advance.

​

If a Temporary Events Notice is required we can obtain this for you with no extra fee.

​

POP UP BAR STRUCTURES FOR HIRE

​

Beautiful bar structures are available to rent on request (please refer to gallery page for structure options). 

We can set up a bespoke Bar in your chosen setting, quotes are provided with your requirement needs.
